In addition to voiceovers, Phil is an accomplished stage actor, pianist, composer, conductor, and magician. He loves cooking, conversation, philosophy, chess, and woodworking. Phil and his wife, Ann, have four children and live in La Cañada-Flintridge, CA where in between jobs he continues to practice piano (occasionally accompanying his daughters and working through several books of Oscar Peterson transcriptions).
Phil also portrays the author of the Chronicles of Narnia in the one-man play, AN EVENING WITH C. S. LEWIS, by David Payne. Besides venues in the U.S., he has performed the play in Israel, the Netherlands and in Lewis' home in Oxford, England.
